How it is counted
- A seat
- One person who uses the app on calls. Owners and admins who only manage the team, the documentation and the settings do not need a seat.
- The trial
- 30 days or 300 saved calls, whichever comes first, with Sammera's AI included.
- No call limit
- On both plans the team takes as many calls as it takes. A seat is for one person, and that is the only limit.
- When the trial ends
- Sammera's AI pauses until you choose a plan or connect your own AI. Your documentation, calls and settings stay where they are.
- Web search
- An add-on for 49 kr per seat and month. When your documentation has no answer, Sammera's AI can search the web and show the steps with links to the pages it used. With your own Claude key you need no add-on, and the searches are billed to that key.

Which AI is Sammera's AI?
A language model that writes the suggestions and the summary from the call's text and your documentation. We tell you which model it is and where it runs before you start.
Can we switch between the plans?
Yes. Write to us and we switch the plan. Nothing in your organisation changes except where the suggestions come from.
How do we pay?
By invoice, once a month, for the number of seats your organisation has.
Do we need a card to start the trial?
No. Create an account, create your organisation and invite the team. The trial starts when the organisation is created.
