Sammera

The AI assistant for every customer call

Get the answer from your own documentation while the call is still going, and the ticket written when it ends.

During the call
CustomerHi, the VPN keeps dropping when I work from home.
YouOkay, let's look at that. Does it happen as soon as you sign in?
Transcripts are kept for 30 days. Audio is not kept.Only you can see this call.

Any softphone

Sammera hears the call through the computer's audio, so there is no phone system to integrate.

Documentation from anywhere

Import Word, PDF and PowerPoint files, or exports from OneNote, Confluence and Notion.

Any ticket or CRM system

The summary is ready to paste. Sammera never writes to your systems.

A desktop app for Windows. It understands calls in Swedish today, and English is next.

What your team sees during a call

Both sides of the call are transcribed as they speak, your microphone and the caller separately. The panel does the rest.

Help without a click

If you turn it on, the panel searches your documentation by itself a few minutes into the call. Your standard questions sit above it, one at a time.

Question 3 of 10
Are you on the office network or at home?

The answer, with its source

One click searches your documentation and returns the steps to take. Every step names the page it came from.

Looks like the VPN client disconnects shortly after sign-in.
Steps to take
1Check that the client is updated to 5.2 or later.
2Remove the saved profile and add it again.
3Switch from UDP to TCP in the connection settings.
Procedures › VPN › Troubleshooting, updated 14 days ago

No answer? It says so.

When nothing in your documentation covers the question, the panel tells you instead of guessing, and saves the question as a gap.

No documentation found

Nothing covers this, so there is no guess. The question is saved as a gap.

Describe the gap

The summary is already written

When the call ends, a summary and a draft for your ticket or CRM are ready to copy.

SummaryThe user could not stay connected to the VPN from home.
ResolutionTCP fixed it. The user's router blocks UDP.

How it works

Every call makes the documentation better

A question without an answer does not disappear when the call ends.

  1. The question is saved as a gapAs a short description, never as the transcript.
  2. Sammera drafts the missing textA starting point for whoever owns the documentation.
  3. A person reviews and accepts itShown as a change to the page, like suggestions in a shared document.
The list of documentation gaps in Sammera, each with a draft of the missing text

Start with the documentation you already have

Export it from where it lives today and import the files. Nothing needs to be rewritten first.

Passwords are removed on the way in

Passwords, IP addresses, email addresses and phone numbers are taken out before anything is saved, so they never reach the AI.

Edit it in Sammera

Agents can suggest

You choose whether agents may edit, or only suggest changes for a lead to accept.

Built so people are happy to keep it on

The panel always shows whether it is listening, and what is kept is your decision.

No audioCalls are transcribed, not recorded. Audio is kept only if you turn it on, and then for 7 days at most.
30 daysHow long a transcript is kept by default. You choose anything from 1 day to 1 year.
StockholmWhere the database is. Speech recognition runs on our own server in Germany.
Only youBy default each person sees only their own calls. You decide if team leads see more.

Questions people ask first

Does Sammera record the calls?

No, not by default. The call is turned into text. Audio is kept only if your organisation turns it on, and then for seven days at most.

Which phone systems does it work with?

Any softphone that runs on the computer. Sammera hears the caller through the computer's audio and you through your microphone, so nothing is connected to the phone system itself.

How do we get our documentation in?

Export it from where it lives and import the files: Word, PDF, PowerPoint, OneNote, Confluence, Notion, Markdown or HTML. You can also write and edit it in Sammera.

Which languages does it understand?

Calls in Swedish today. English is next. The app and the website are in both languages already.

Do callers need to be told?

Yes. Your organisation tells callers at the start of the call that it is transcribed, and is responsible for doing so lawfully.

What happens when the trial ends?

Sammera's AI pauses until you choose a plan or connect your own AI. Your documentation, calls and settings stay where they are.
